Description

Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Lieferung von Erdgas für die Universität zu Köln (UzK) für den Zeitraum vom 01.01.2027 bis 31.12.2028. Es besteht eine Option auf einmalige Verlängerung der Vertragslaufzeit um ein Jahr und somit bis spätestens 31.12.2029. Die UzK betreibt aktuell 28 Lieferstellen mit Standardlastprofil (SLP). Der prognostizierte Gesamterdgasbedarf für die ausgeschriebenen Lieferjahre beläuft sich auf ca. 1,5 GWh jährlich. Detaillierte Informationen zu den einzelnen Lieferstellen sind der beigefügten Lieferstellenliste zu entnehmen. Ausgeschrieben wird eine Belieferung frei Lieferstellen des Kunden, d. h. inkl. Abwicklung der Netznutzung. Die Fixierung der vertraglichen Energiepreise für die Lieferjahre 2027 und 2028 erfolgt jeweils in zwei strukturgleichen, horizontalen Tranchen. Bei Verlängerung der Vertragslaufzeit für ein weiteres Lieferjahr erfolgt die Berechnung des Energiepreises für den Verlängerungszeitraum analog zur Preisgestaltung für die Lieferjahre 2027 und 2028.
