Description

Die Stadt Bornheim benötigt Erdgas für den Betrieb ihrer Liegenschaften und sonstigen Betriebsstätten. Die Abnahmestellen gehören zum Marktgebiet THE und liegen im Verteilnetz der Gasnetz Bornheim GmbH & Co. KG. Der Jahresverbrauch über alle Abnahmestellen beträgt ca. 8,0 Mio. kWh in 2027 an ca. 50 Abnahmestellen. Der bestehende Liefervertrag läuft zum Gastag 01.07.2026 06:00 Uhr aus und ab diesem Zeitpunkt sind alle Abnahmestellen neu zu versorgen. Die Preisbildung soll in Form eines Tranchenmodells mit mehreren Tranchen erfolgen und ist an die Settlement-Notierungen der Energiebörse European Energy Exchange (EEX) am virtuellen Handelspunkt THE Natural Gas Futures (Year/Quarter) gekoppelt. Die Tranchen werden ab dem Zeitpunkt des bestätigten Zuschlagsschreibens gekauft. Die Erdgaslieferung wird in einem Los ausgeschrieben. Die Abnahmestellen werden energiewirtschaftlich in die Typen registrierende Leistungsmessung (RLM) und Standardlastprofil (SLP) unterschieden. Das Angebot kann für Erdgas ohne vorgegebene ökologische Herkunft abgegeben werden. Unter Erdgas sind die Gase der zweiten Gasfamilie nach den jeweiligen DVGW-Richtlinien für die Gasbeschaffenheit gemäß Arbeitsblatt G260 zu verstehen.
