Description

Einführung CAFM-Software Der AG sucht ein auf seine Belange zugeschnittenes Computer Aided Facility Management System. Es soll zukünftig vorrangig folgende administrative und operative Leistungen der Betriebsorganisation unterstützen: ▪ Einheitliche Datenbasis und damit Ausschluss von Datenredundanzen, -lücken und -inkonsistenzen ▪ Effiziente und effektive Prozessunterstützung durch aufwandsarme und schnelle Abwicklung von Arbeitsabläufen ▪ Schaffung von Transparenz im Technischen Gebäudemanagement durch die Verwaltung von Technischen Anlagen und den an den Anlagen erforderlichen Tätigkeiten ▪ Werterhalt bzw. Wertsteigerung der baulichen Objekte und technischen Anlagen durch eine optimale Instandhaltungsstrategie ▪ Gewährleistung eines hohen Informationsstandes durch Bereitstellung von detaillierten und verdichteten Informationen (Auswertungen und Berichte) ▪ Unterstützung bei der Eigentümer- und Betreiberverantwortung, z. B. durch Transparenz, Terminverfolgung und Dokumentation
