Als Betreiber des Köln Bonn Airport, einem der bedeutendsten Verkehrsflughäfen Deutschlands, nimmt die Flughafen Köln Bonn GmbH eine zentrale Rolle in der europäischen und weltweiten Verkehrs- und Logistikinfrastruktur ein. Mit einem Passagieraufkommen von über 10 Millionen im Jahr 2025 und einem Luftfrachtaufkommen von rund 971.000 Tonnen ist der Flughafen ein bedeutender Wirtschaftsfaktor und Arbeitgeber in der Region mit ambitionierten Klimaschutz- und Nachhaltigkeitszielen. Die Flughafen Köln/Bonn GmbH, beabsichtigt Flugzeugenteisungsmittel im Zuge einer Rahmenvereinbarung zu verrgeben. Die maximale Laufzeit der Rahmenvereinbarung beträgt dabei 6 Jahre mit einer Grundlaufzeit von 4 Jahren und maximaler Verlängerung von 2 mal einem Jahr. Vertraulichkeitsvereinbarung / NDA: Zum Schutz der Vertraulichkeit von Informationen des Auftraggebers in den Vergabeunterlagen soll eine Vertraulichkeitsvereinbarung (NDA) geschlossen werden. Dazu verwenden Sie bitte das zum Download bereitgestellte Dokument "0-Vertraulichkeitsvereinbarung.pdf". Senden Sie bitte ein unterzeichnetes Exemplar an die in der Ausschreibung auf der Mercell Plattform angegebenen Kontaktperson (Egbert.boedecker@cgn.de ). Neben der Prüfung des unterzeichneten NDA führt der Flughafen Köln/Bonn eine Plausibilitätsprüfung durch, ob Seitens des Interessenten ein berechtigtes Interesse besteht, Zugriff auf die Ausschreibungsunterlagen zu erhalten.
