Der Auftraggeber beabsichtigt im Wege einer europaweiten Ausschreibung im Offenen Verfahren gemäß § 15 I 1 VgV eine Rahmenvereinbarung zur Beschaffung von Signaturkarten einschließlich qualifizierten elektronischen Zertifikaten für die Justizbehörden des Freistaats Thüringen zu vergeben. Die geschätzte Abrufmenge (Schätzmenge) beträgt 1.900 Signaturkarten. Die Höchstabnahmemenge beträgt 3.500 Signaturkarten. Die Rahmenvereinbarung beginnt am 01.10.2026 mit einer Laufzeit von 24 Monaten. Sie verlängert sich zweimal jeweils um 12 Monate, falls nicht mit einer Frist von 3 Monaten zu ihrem Ende durch den Auftraggeber gekündigt wird.
