Description

Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist die Lieferung eines Datenspeicher, der den bestehenden Zentralspeicher ersetzen soll. Zudem umfasst sie die Bereitstellung von Dokumentationen in allgemeiner Form (z. B. Bedienhandbücher) sowie in spezifischer Form. Des Weiteren beinhaltet die Ausschreibung die Schulung der Nutzer im Umgang mit dem System sowie die Wartung der Hard- und Software (Hersteller-Wartung) für die gelieferten Systeme über einen Zeitraum von vier Jahren. Auch die Entsorgung oder Mitnahme des anfallenden Verpackungsmaterials ist Teil des Angebots Lieferung von Installation und Grundkonfiguration eines Datenspeichers, Bereitstellung von Dokumentationen, Schulung im Umgang der Nutzer mit dem System sowie Wartung der Hard- und Software. Dem liegt eine EVB-IT-Systemlieferungsvertrag zu Grunde.
