Description

Die beabsichtigte Beschaffung beinhaltet die Lieferung und Installation eines Rasterelektronenmikroskop zur hochauflösenden Abbildung fester Proben sowohl im Hochvakuum Bereich als auch im Niedervakuumbereich für nichtleitende Proben. Das SEM muss 8Zoll Proben verarbeiten können und aus Elektronenoptik, Probenkammer mit integrierter Schleuse, Stage, eigenem Kühlsystem, Detektoren, Vakuumsystem, Steuerrechner und der entsprechender Ansteuersoftware bestehen. Besondere Aufmerksamkeit bei der Beschaffung liegt auf einer erhöhten Flexibilität des SEMs bei der Untersuchung nichtleitender Proben wie diversen Oxiden (variabler Druck), der Möglichkeit zwischen sehr niedrigen sowie hohen Strahlströmen schnell zu variieren, sowie der Möglichkeit magnetisch bzw. magnetisierbare Materialien betrachten zu können. Lieferung und Installation innerhalb von 6 Monaten nach Zuschlag. Wartung für ein Jahr gemäß LV.
