Description

Komplettsanierung des denkmalgeschützten Rathauses Potsdam VE 80 Gebäudeautomation: - Errichtung einer Gebäudeautomation für die technische Gebäudeausrüstung (Raumlufttechnik, Heizungstechnik, Meldungen Sanitärtechnik und Elektrotechnik) bestehend aus 9 neu zu errichtenden Informationsschwerpunkten mit ca. 800 physikalischen und 1.900 kommunikativen Datenpunkten - Ertüchtigung von 2 Informationsschwerpunkten des Bestandes der Heizung für den Einsatz mit energieeffizienten Pumpen - Informationsschwerpunkte mit Schaltschränken in Ausführung als Standschaltschränke oder Wandschaltschränke - Errichtung eines Einzelraumtemperaturregelsystems für 365 Regelbereiche mit MOD-Bus-Einzelraumreglern und 45 Gruppencontrollern - Vollständige Verkabelung in den Technikzentralen der TGA auf Trassen Installationsrohr, übergreifende Verkabelung der Einzelraumregelung im Installationskanal, zum Teil in Wandschlitzen. Die Raumverkabelung wurde überwiegend bereits ausgeführt. - Aufschaltung der Informationsschwerpunkte und der Einzelraumregelung über die IP-Verkabelung (errichtet durch Gewerk Schwachstromtechnik) auf die Gebäudeleittechnik des Bestandes (Fabrikat DEOS) - Erweiterung der Gebäudeleittechnik des Bestandes, um die Visualisierung und Verarbeitung der Prozesszustände für vorbeschriebene Anlagen (ca. 8.000 Datenpunkte) - Kommunikationsstandard der Automationsstationen BACnet, Automationsstationen mit AMEV-Testat und AMEV-Profil AS-B - Anlagenkennzeichnungssystem nach Vorgabe des Bauherrn
