Elektroinstallationsarbeiten Die Leistung Starkstrom umfasst die grundlegende Sanierung unter Berücksichtigung der denkmalschutzrechtlichen Auflagen, des Brandschutzes, der statischen Belange, des Arbeitsschutzes, der bauphysikalischen Vorgaben, der Verdichtung der Nutzung und der Erneuerung aller haustechnischen Bauteile: - Mittelspannungsschaltanlage mit 2 Ringfeldern und einem Trafoabgangsfeld, - Trockentrafo 630 kVA, - USV Anlagen 30 kVA und 40 kVA, - Sicherheitsbeleuchtungsanlage mit ca. 70 Endstromkreisen, Überbrückungszeit 3 h, - Niederspannungshauptverteilung, - ca. 60 St. Unterverteiler, - Tassen und Kabel, - Niederspannungsinstallation mit KNX-Komponenten, - ca. 4 000 St. Leuchten/Sicherheitsleuchten, - Blitzschutz, - Brandschutzmaßnahmen, Dokumentation, Teilnahme an Sachverständigenabnahmen.
