Die SWN Stadtwerke Neumünster GmbH plant den Neubau eines zentralen Logistik-Hubs, um ihre Material-, Werkzeug- und Ersatzteilversorgung für den Netz- und Kraftwerksbetrieb zukunftssicher aufzustellen. Ziel ist ein modernes, effizient organisiertes Lager- und Ausgabezentrum, das Versorgungssicherheit für alle technischen Sparten gewährleistet, - Prozesse digital abbildet und automatisierte Warenströme ermöglicht, - nachhaltige Bau- und Energielösungen integriert, - Arbeits- und Umweltschutz auf aktuellem Best-Practice-Niveau verankert. Gebäudefunktion: - Zentrallager der Stadtwerke Neumünster, - Hochregal-Lager bis 7,50 m Lagerhöhe, - Kleinteile-Lager in Ebene 2, - Freilager-Fläche überdacht, - Büroflächen, Sozialräume (Umkleiden), kleiner Besprechungsraum Eckdaten Gebäude: ca. 55 x 49 m Außen-Abmessungen, inkl. überdachtem Freibereich , max. Höhe 10,40 m (Attika) Elektrotechnische-, Kommunikations-, sicherheits- und informationstechnische Anlagen für Neubau Lager laut Auftragsunterlagen/Leistungsverzeichnis
