Die BARMER, eine der führenden gesetzlichen Krankenkassen in Deutschland, plant unter der Bezeichnung "Sanierung Campus Wuppertal" eine umfassende Sanierung ihrer Hauptverwaltungsgebäude in Wuppertal. Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist die Vergabeeinheit (VE) 405 Starkstrom + Schwachstrom + MSR. Am Projekt wird eine gesamtheitliche Sanierung der elektrischen Anlagen (KG 440), Kommunikations-, Sicherheits- und Informationstechnische Anlagen (KG 450) sowie Gebäude- und Raumautomation (KG 480) angestrebt. Dies umfasst bei der KG 440 die Errichtung einer luftisolierten Mittelspannungsanlage (10kV) inklusive 2 Transformatoren (1.250kVA) sowie Vorhalten für eventuelle spätere Erweiterungen, eine Niederspannungshauptverteilung, die komplette Niederspannungsinstallationsanlagen, Beleuchtungsanlagen sowie Blitzschutz- und Erdungsanlage errichtet. Bei der KG 450 wird eine Inhouse-Mobilfunkanlage, eine Personenrufanlage, die BOS-Gebäudefunkanlage, die Brandmeldeanlage sowie die Übertragungsnetze neu errichtet. Bei der KG 480 wird die Raumautomation neu aufgebaut inklusive der Gebäudeleittechnik.
