Implementierung eines Gebäudeautomationssystems und MSR beim Neubau des Betriebshofes Delmenhorst. Im Zuge des Neubaus des Betriebshofes wird ein Gebäudeautomationssystem (GA) implementiert. Dieses soll dem Nutzer die wichtigsten Informationen, Betriebszustände, Störungen sowie Wartungen der verschiedenen Gebäudesysteme und Anlagen einfach und übersichtlich darstellen. Grundlage bildet ein zentraler Server, auf dem die GA betrieben und visualisiert wird. Alle Anlagen und Systeme werden entweder über Netzwerkschnittstellen (bspw. RLT - Anlagen, Heizungsanlage etc.) an die GA angebunden oder über Hardwarekontakte an eine zentrale SPS, die wiederum über einen Netzwerkanschluss mit der GA kommuniziert. Die Bedienung des Systems kann über die Wandpanels in den Gebäuden, per Web- Zugriff über Rechner oder Mobilgeräte erfolgen. Hierbei sind Zugänge mit entsprechenden Berechtigungen einzurichten, um unbefugten Zugriff zu verhindern. Die einzelnen Teilanlagen wie RLT - Anlagen oder die Heizung verfügen über eigenen Steuerungen, die die Anlagen steuern und regeln. An den Geräten selbst ist jeweils eine Bedienüberfläche für die jeweilige Anlage vorgesehen. Die Systeme müssen so automatisiert sein, dass z. B. eine Änderung der Hallengrundtemperatur durch den Nutzer (+ 2 K) in der GA sowohl eine Parameteranpassung in der Heizungssteuerung als auch der Lüftungssteuerung zur Folge hat, mit dem Ziel alle Systeme auf den Bedarf des Nutzers, unter Berücksichtigung effizienter Energienutzung, zu regeln.
