Description

Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist die Lieferung und Montage von Windanlagen für den Stadtpark Hochheide BA2. Die DEG Duisburger Einkaufsgesellschaft mbH führt diese Ausschreibung im Namen und für Rechnung der Stadt Duisburg Umweltamt 31-3 Friedrich-Wilhelm-Str. 96 47051 Duisburg durch. Inhalt dieser Ausschreibung ist die Lieferung und Montage von Windanlagen für den Stadtpark Hochheide BA2. Der geplante Stadtpark Hochheide befindet sich im Duisburger Quartier "Wohnpark Hochheide". Dieser ist geprägt von bis zu 20-geschossigen Hochhäusern aus den 70er Jahren. Nach Erstellung eines Integrierten Stadtentwicklungskonzeptes im Jahr 2013 wurde unter Einbeziehung der Einwohnerschaft eine die Planung des Stadtparks Hochheide erarbeitet, welcher die Grundlage der vorliegenden Ausschreibung bildet. Der Park setzt sich aus drei Bereichen mit verschiedenen Themenschwerpunkten zusammen und umfasst insgesamt eine Fläche von rund 8,5ha, wobei sich ein großer Teil der Planungsfläche auf der Rückbaufläche von drei Hochhäusern und einer Tiefgarage befindet. Teilbereichübergreifend sind vor allem die Themen Klimaschutz und -anpassung, Barrierefreiheit und Umweltbildung relevant. Ein innovatives Energiekonzept sieht vor, dass die gesamte im Park verbrauchte Energie auch im Park aus erneuerbaren Energien generiert wird. Insgesamt stehen für das Gesamtprojekt rund 6 Millionen Euro aus verschiedenen Fördertöpfen zur Verfügung. Entsprechend der Teilbereiche des Parks sind auch die Bauabschnitte des Projektes aufgeteilt. Eine detaillierte Leistungsbeschreibung befindet sich in den Vergabeunterlagen.
