Description

Die Auftraggeberin beabsichtigt die Beschaffung von bis zu 9 Solobussen mit Elektroantrieb und bis zu 1 Gelenkbus mit Elektroantrieb. Die technischen Anforderungen und weiteren Leistungsgegenstände sind den Lastenheften (Anlage 6) zu entnehmen. Spätester Liefertermin für die Fahrzeuge ist der 31.05.2027. Frühester Liefertermin ist der 01.04.2027. Der Einsatz der Fahrzeuge soll im öffentlichen Personennahverkehr erfolgen. Die abschließende Planung, ob Elektrobusse benötigt werden, wie viele Elektrobusse benötigt werden und in welchem Verkehr sie eingesetzt werden, konnte bisher nicht erfolgen. Aufgrund zuwendungsrechtlicher Fristen konnte die abschließende Planung nicht abgewartet werden. Ausgeschrieben wird daher ein Rahmenvertrag. Nach diesem ist die Auftraggeberin berechtigt, 0 bis maximal 9 Solobusse mit Elektroantrieb und 0 bis maximal 1 Gelenkbus mit Elektroantrieb aus diesem abzurufen. Eine Abnahmeverpflichtung der Auftraggeberin besteht aus der Rahmenvereinbarung nicht.
