Description

Die Auftraggeberin beabsichtigt die Beschaffung von insgesamt bis zu 6 Niederflursolobussen und einem Niederflurgelenkbus (7 Busse) mit Elektroantrieb zur Elektrifizierung der Busflotte. Die technischen Anforderungen und weiteren Leistungsgegenstände sind dem Lastenheft (Anlage 6) zu entnehmen. Der Einsatz der Elektrobusse soll im öffentlichen Personennahverkehr erfolgen. Die abschließende Planung, ob Elektrobusse benötigt werden, wie viele Elektrobusse benötigt werden und in welchem Verkehr sie eingesetzt werden, konnte bisher nicht erfolgen. Aufgrund zuwendungsrechtlicher Fristen konnte die abschließende Planung nicht abgewartet werden. Daher schreibt die Auftraggeberin eine Rahmenvereinbarung für die Elektrobusse aus (vgl. Anlage 8 § 2). Die Auftraggeberin wird, abhängig vom Bedarf, mindestens 2 Solobusse bis maximal 6 Solobusse und 0 bis einen Gelenkbus aus der Rahmenvereinbarung abrufen. Eine Abnahmeverpflichtung der Auftragnehmerin über die 2 Solobusse hinaus besteht aus der Rahmenvereinbarung nicht Spätester Liefertermin für die Fahrzeuge ist der 1.8.2027.
