Description

Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Lieferung von elektrischer Energie (Ökostrom) für die Stadt Hildesheim in Niedersachsen. Art und Umfang der Leistung ergeben sich aus der Leistungsbeschreibung sowie den weiteren Vergabeunterlagen. Der Lieferzeitraum beginnt am 01.01.2027, 00:00 Uhr und endet am 31.12.2027, 24:00 Uhr. Der Lieferzeitraum beträgt somit ein Jahr. Der konkrete Lieferbeginn einzelner Abnahmestellen kann vom genannten Lieferzeitraum abweichen. Maßgeblich sind insoweit die Angaben in der Leistungsbeschreibung sowie deren Anlagen (insbesondere die Abnahmestellenübersicht). Sofern in der Leistungsbeschreibung oder deren Anlagen keine abweichende Regelung getroffen ist, gilt als Beginn der Belieferung der jeweilige Lieferstart zum 01.01.2027, 00:00 Uhr. Die Belieferung umfasst insgesamt ca. 608 Abnahmestellen. Der prognostizierte Referenzverbrauch beträgt: • für das Jahr 2027: 7.069.573 kWh/a Als Zulassungsvoraussetzung wird vorgegeben, dass der zu liefernde Strom ausschließlich aus regenerativen Quellen stammt. Dazu zählen Stromerzeugung aus Wasserkraft, einschließlich Wellen-, Gezeiten-, Salzgradienten- und Strömungsenergie, sowie aus Windenergie, solarer Strahlungsenergie, Geothermie oder aus Biomasse, wie beispielsweise Biogas, Deponiegas und Klärgas. Ebenso umfasst dies den biologisch abbaubaren Anteil von Abfällen aus Haushalten und Industrie. Strom aus Erzeugungsanlagen, die fossile Energieträger (z. B. Kohle oder Gas) oder Kernenergie nutzen, ist nicht zulässig. Zu näheren Einzelheiten wird auf die Ausführungen in der Leistungsbeschreibung verwiesen.
