Eine inkludierte PPA Lieferung an 4 Abnahmestellen ist gewünscht und wird über einen Wertungsvorteil berücksichtigt. Die Lieferantin kann eigene PPA-Mengen (as produced) anbieten. Es ist eine frühe Eindeckung vorgesehen. Die Regelenergie und das Netzmanagement übernimmt die Lieferantin.
