Description

Gegenstand des Vertrages ist die Lieferung des Gesamtbedarfs an elektrischer Energie aus erneuerbaren Energien (100% Ökostrom) an die nach Zuschlagserteilung in Listenform mitzuteilenden aktuellen Lieferstellen des Auftraggebers zu den Bestimmungen dieses Vertrages. Ebenfalls hat der Auftragnehmer die Abwicklung und Abrechnung des Messstellenbetriebes inklusive sämtlicher notwendiger Schritte zu übernehmen. Insgesamt sind nach derzeitiger Planung ab 2027 ca. 4.500 Abnahmestellen zu beliefern. Der Strombedarf sämtlicher Abnahmestellen beläuft sich auf voraussichtlich 22 Mio kWh/a (Werte aus 2025). Diese Daten stellen lediglich einen Orientierungsrahmen für die Angebotskalkulation und keine verbindlichen Entnahmemengen dar. Die Abnahmestellen sind aktuell wie folgt gegliedert: - Leistungsgemessene Abnahmestellen (RLM) Anzahl: 39 Lieferumfang: ca. 7,2 Mio kWh - nicht leistungsgemessene Abnahmestellen (SLP) Anzahl: 4.481 Lieferumfang: ca. 14,9 Mio kWh
