Gesamtes Leistungspaket der Deckung des Strombedarfes für die MPG e.V. mit Schwerpunkt Ökostrom Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung sind die Beschaffung, die Lieferung sowie die verbrauchsabhängige Abrechnung von elektrischer Energie aus Erneuerbaren Energien (EE), ergänzt um klassische Stromprodukte einschließlich aller damit verbundenen energiewirtschaftlichen Dienstleistungen. Die Max-Planck-Gesellschaft zur Förderung der Wissenschaften e. V. (nachfolgend "MPG") schreibt im Rahmen eines europaweiten Verhandlungsverfahrens mit Teilnahmewettbewerb die Versorgung von 76 MPG-Standorten mit Strom mit Schwerpunkt Ökostrom für die Kalenderjahre 2028 und 2029 mit einer automatischen, dreimaligen Verlängerung von jeweils einem Jahr aus. Die Stromlieferung wird als All-Inclusive-Lieferung ausgeschrieben und umfasst neben der reinen Energielieferung insbesondere die Übernahme der Bilanzkreisverantwortung, die Beschaffung und Entwertung von Herkunftsnachweisen, die Durchführung der Direktvermarktung der bestehenden (und zukünftigen) EE-Anlagen der MPG einschließlich Redispatch 2.0 und sämtliche vom Anlagenbetreiber gegenüber dem jeweiligen Anschlussnetzbetreiber abzugebender Meldungen in Vertretung des jeweiligen Anlagenbetreibers, den Abschluss von Netznutzungsverträgen, die Abrechnung sämtlicher Netzentgelte, Steuern und Umlagen sowie eines Terminmarktzugangs durch den Versorger zur Beschaffung von Terminmarktmengen. Nähere Einzelheiten sind den Vergabeunterlagen, insbesondere der Leistungsbeschreibung (siehe Anlage A.1, Anlagenrubrik A) und dem Term_Sheet (siehe Anlage A.3, Anlagenrubrik A) zu entnehmen.
