Sehr geehrter Damen und Herren,  wir stehen vor einem großen und herausfordernden Projekt: Im Pumpspeicherwerk Markersbach planen wir ab 2028 die schrittweise Erneuerung der Motorgeneratoren sowie der Nebenanlagen, da diese das Ende ihrer Lebensdauer erreicht haben. Das PSW Markersbach ist 1981 in Betrieb gegangen und wurde mit 6 vertikalen Pumpspeichersätzen (6x 175MWel Nennleistung, 6x190MWel Hmax Engpassleistung, Bruttofallhöhe: ca. 270m bis 310m), bestehend aus reversiblen Pumpturbinen, Synchronmotorgeneratoren (220MVA, Drehzahl 375u/min, 15,75kV) und Anwurf Motor (ca. 12MW), ausgestattet. Im Bereich der Pumpturbinen ist eine Revision vorgesehen, welche zum Teil in Eigenleistung des Auftragnehmers erfolgen soll. Dabei besteht eine Option zur Erneuerung der Laufräder zur Leistungs- und Wirkungsgradsteigerung, um eine mögliche Netzentgeltbefreiung zu erlangen (Stufe 1). Dadurch soll die eingeschätzte Restlebensdauer der nicht einbetonierten Komponenten der Pumpturbine von ca. 10-15 Jahre ausgeschöpft werden.   Nach dem Abschluss dieses Projekts - geplant bis 2037 - sollen die sechs Pumpturbinen grundlegend erneuert werden. Dabei ist vorgesehen, sämtliche Schwächen durch den Austausch aller sinnvollen und nicht einbetonierten Komponenten zu beheben und die Leistung und den Wirkungsgrad zu optimieren (Stufe 2). Bitte teilen Sie uns Ihre Referenzprojekte mit vergleichbarem Umfang und Leistungsparametern aus den letzten 10 Jahren mit. Referenzprojekte mit neuem Motorgenerator - vorzugsweise mit einem Anfahrmotor oder mit Umbau auf Anfahrumrichter - sind dabei von besonderem Interesse: - Motorgenerator: Spannung größer 15 kV, mindestens 200 MVA, Für die geplanten Pumpturbinenmaßnahmen sollen Referenzen mit den Hauptparametren (Laufradhauptdurchmesser, Leistung, Fallhöhe, Leistungserhöhung und Wirkungsgraderhöhung) für: - Pumpturbinenprojekte mit der Erneuerung nur des Laufrades - Pumpturbinenprojekte mit einer Erneuerung aller nicht einbetonierten Komponenten dargelegt werden.
