Description

Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist der Abschluss eines Rahmenvertrages über die Planung, Lieferung, Installation, Inbetriebnahme sowie Wartung und den Support eines drahtlosen Zaun-Detektionssystems zur Sicherung von Liegenschaften der Stadtwerke München GmbH. Das System dient dem Perimeterschutz von Anlagen der kritischen Infrastruktur und muss in der Lage sein, unbefugte Zutritte (z.B. Klettern, Schneiden, Manipulation von Zaunanlagen) zuverlässig zu detektieren. Das System muss mit dem Bestandsystem Varya kompatibel sein und die bestehende Schnittstelle zum Sicherheits- und Leitstellensystem (PSIM-System Advancis WinGuard) nutzen können. Der Leistungsumfang umfasst insbesondere: • Planung und Projektierung von Zaun-Detektionsanlagen • Lieferung und Montage drahtloser Sensorik inkl. Systemkomponenten • Integration in bestehende Sicherheits- und IT-Infrastrukturen • Durchführung von Tests, Kalibrierung und Inbetriebnahme • Wartung, Entstörung, Updates und technischer Support • Technische Dokumentation und optional Schulungsleistungen Das einzusetzende System muss insbesondere: • drahtlos funktionieren (kein Tiefbau erforderlich), • für verschiedene Zauntypen geeignet sein, • in Hochspannungsumgebungen betrieben werden können, • eine hohe Detektionssicherheit bei gleichzeitig geringer Fehlalarmrate gewährleisten, • sowie eine Kompatibilität zum bestehenden Zaunsystem gewährleisten und nachweisen. Der Rahmenvertrag umfasst die Ausstattung von ca. 10 bis 20 Standorten mit einer geschätzten Gesamtlänge von ca. 6.000 m Zaunanlagen. Die Leistungen werden bedarfsorientiert abgerufen.
