Erweiterung, Umbau und Modernisierung des BUND Umwelthauses Neustädter Bucht. Die Auftraggeberin beabsichtigt, in diesem Verfahren die Bauleistungen für die Schließanlage 1. BA (Los1) und 2. BA (Los2) für die bauliche Realisierung des BUND-Umwelthaus zu vergeben. Gegenstand des EU-weiten Vergabeverfahrens ist die Erstellung eines Angebotes auf Basis des beigefügten Leistungsverzeichnisse. Es handelt sich bei den ausgeschriebenen Leistungen um die, Los 1) Erweiterung, also den Neubau des Umwelthauses (1. Bauabschnitt) und Los 2) die Renovierung , den Umbau des Bestandsgebäudes (2. Bauabschnitt). Die hier ausgeschrieben Leistungen beinhalten im Wesentlichen: LOS 1, die Erweiterung, also den Neubau des Umwelthauses (1. Bauabschnitt). Die hier ausgeschriebene Leistung beinhalten im Wesentlichen: - 11 Wandleser, teilweise mit Relaismodulen - 31 Elektronische Beschläge - 4 elektronische Doppel-Knauf-Zylinder - 9 Schaltnetzteile - 3 Fluchttürsteuerungen - Programmiergeräte, Ident Medien, Software - 70 Profilzylinder mit Einzel-, Gruppen- und Generalschlüssel Der 1. BA wird BNB zertifiziert. Vorgabe ist das Erreichen des Gütesiegels "Silber". Alle dadurch für die Trockenbauarbeiten entstehenden Anforderungen sind in dem Leistungsverzeichnis erwähnt und erläutert. Alle Anforderungen sind vor, während und nach der Bauphase unbedingt einzuhalten, zu überwachen und zu dokumentieren. LOS 2, Renovierung eines zu erhaltenden Bestandsbaus (2. Bauabschnitt). Die hier ausgeschriebene Leistung beinhalten im Wesentlichen: - 3 elektronische Doppel-Knauf-Zylinder - 14 Profilzylinder mit Einzel-, Gruppen- und Generalschlüssel Folgende Ausführungstermine sind geplant: 1.BA (Los1) und 2.BA (Los2) Ausführungszeitraum: 08.-19.02.27
