SBH | Schulbau Hamburg hat als Landesbetrieb der Freien und Hansestadt Hamburg (nachstehend SBH genannt) die Aufgabe, die Schulimmobilien unter Berücksichtigung der schulischen Belange nach wirtschaftlichen Grundsätzen zu planen, zu bauen, zu unterhalten und zu bewirtschaften und die mehr als 400 Schulen an die Behörde für Schule und Berufsbildung (BSB) zu vermieten. --------------- Am Standort Oktaviostraße 143 ist ein Neubau eines Klassenhauses in 3-geschossiger Bauweise vorgesehen. Das Gebäude wird als Massivbau mit Stahlbeton- und Mauerwerkswänden und Stahlbetondecken ausgeführt. Die Fußbodenaufbauten erfolgen als schwimmender Zement-Estrich mit konstruktiver Dämmschicht zur Wärmedämmung und zum Verzug von Leitungen und mit Trittschalldämmplatten. Der Estrich dient zur Aufnahme von Fliesen und Linoleum als Bodenbeläge. Das Gebäude soll DGNB / QNG zertifiziert werden. --------------- Hier: Tischler Innentüren --------------- - Innentüren ca. 80 Stk tielweise mit Schall- und Brandschutzanforderungen - Stahlumfassungszargen teilweise mit Glasseitenfeld - Vollspantürplätter teilweise mit Glasausschnitt - Obentürschließer - Türstopper Wand / Boden
