Die Handwerkskammer Dortmund beabsichtigt an ihrem Standort Barbarastraße 7 in Dortmund einen freistehenden Neubau zu errichten. Die erdgeschossige, als Massivbau in Stahlbeton, bauseits, errichtete Halle dient dem Schulungsbetrieb für die Verarbeitung von Kunststoffbauteilen. Der Neubau erhält eine vorgehängte Fassade aus Verblendmauerwerk. Dieses Leistungsverzeichnis beinhaltet die Metallbauarbeiten (Fenster, Türen und Sonnenschutz) am Haus 7. Folgende LV-Inhalte werden abgefragt: 10 Stck. Aluminium-Fenster 2 Stck. Aluminium-Außentüren 3 Multifunktionstüren 5 Stck. elektr. Sonnenschutz-Anlagen (Raffstoren)
