Die Maßnahme umfasst den Neubau eines Polizeireviers in Pfullingen in Holzbauweise. Das Leistungsverzeichnis beinhaltet Stahl-Glas-Konstruktionen für die Zugänge in das Objekt mit Schleusenfunktion, Außentüren aus Stahl, Aluminiumfenster und eine Toranlage. Das Gebäude besitzt ein BGF von ca. 2.500 m² und eine Holzbau Fassadenfläche von ca. 760 m². Zur Ausführung der Leistungen darf nur Personal eingesetzt werden, welches zuvor zuverlässigkeitsüberprüft wurde und keine negativen Anhaltspunkte vorliegen. Ergänzend ist die Vergabe von 'Instandhaltungsleistungen' Gegenstand des Verfahrens.
