Description

Der Neubau Gebäude D wird zwischen den Gebäuden C und E erstellt. Der Baukörper weist ab Gelände 5 Geschossebenen sowie eine aufgesetzte Dachzentrale auf. An der Nord-West-Seite kragt der Baukörper mit OP-Trakt und Technikgeschosse im 1. und 2. Geschoss aus. (Schublade) Der neue Baukörper bindet in allen Ebenen an die Querspange des Bauteils C2 an. Die Erschließung des Neubaus D erfolgt auf gleicher Ebene über den C-Verbindungsbau, sowie über einen neuen Doppelaufzug. Der D-Bau verfügt jeweils über ein notwendiges Treppenhaus. Die Fassade des Neubaus wird in Gestaltung des Bestandes fortgeführt. Der auskragende Baukörper, erhält eine Fassade aus Kompaktplatten mit Vertikalalulamellen als Sonnen- und Sichtschutz Die Ebenen des Neubau D (E-1 bis E 4 und Technikaufbauten E5) bilden jeweils Brandunterabschnitte / Rauchabschnitte. In Teilbereichen werden Nutzungseinheiten realisiert.
