Description

Bei nachfolgendem Bauvorhaben handelt es sich um eine Gestaltung des Sportparks Tappenbeck in Tappenbeck. Der Neubau des Sport- und Gemeinschaftsparks Tappenbeck setzt sich aus verschiedenen Gebäudeteilen zusammen, welche unter einem großen Dach ein gemeinsames Heim für Sportler, Feste und die Dorfgemeinschaft bieten sollen. Die drei Gebäudeteile umfassen im Erdgeschoss eine große Schießhalle, einen Bereich bzw. ein Vereinsheim für den Sportverein und einen Veranstaltungsbereich in Form eines Dorfgemeinschaftshauses. Die Gebäudeteile Vereinsheim und Dorfgemeinschaftshaus sind als Holzmassivbau mit Stahlbetonsockel geplant. Das Vereinsheim ist eingeschossig und das Dorfgemeinschaftshaus zweigeschossig mit einer Gastronomie im Obergeschoss. Das Gebäude der Kyffhäuser (Schiesshalle) wird als Mischbau in Mauerwerk und Stahlbetonbauweise erstellt und wird ebenfalls eingeschossig geplant. Die Gründung der Gebäude Dorfgemeinschaftshaus, Gastronomie und beider Vereinsheime ist mit einer tragenden Bodenplatte mit Frostschürze und Streifenfundamenten geplant. Der Hauptteil der Fassaden wird mit einer hinterlüfteten Holzfassade geplant, in Teilen wird die Fassade mit Faserzementplatten verkleidet. Das überdachte multifunktionale Spielfeld ist eine Freilufthalle mit einem Kleinspielfeld. Das Spielfeld soll dadurch ganzjährig und wetterunabhängig nutzbar gemacht werden. Für die Abendstunden wird eine LED-Beleuchtung vorgesehen. Das Kleinspielfeld ist voraussichtlich mit einem Bandensystem mit Ballfangnetzen und integrierten Toren ausgestattet. Das Baugrundstück liegt innerhalb des Bebauungsplanes "Sportzentrum" 2.Änderung und Erweiterung vom 02.07.2024. Der Umfang der Leistungen betrifft unter anderem: - Baustelleneinrichtung, - Mobile Trennwand bestehend aus: a) Mobile schalldämmende Trennwand mit halbautomatischem Antrieb, b) Ausfahrbare Dichtleisten, c) Funktion der Halbautomatik, d) Elementverbindung, e) Schließelement, f) Durchgangstürelement, g) Akustisch wirksame Oberfläche, h) Elementaufhängung, i) Justierbarkeit der Elemente, j) Befestigung der Laufschiene, k) Abschottung, - Stundenlohnarbeiten.
