Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung sind Leistungen zur Bereitstellung von eTrainings zur betrieblichen Weiterbildung von mhplus-Mitarbeitenden über eine Online Plattform (Los 1) sowie eines eLearning-Autorentools (Los 2). Bereitstellung fertiger eTrainings über eine Online-Plattform (48190000-6) Gegenstand dieses Loses ist der Zugang zu einem strukturierten, qualitätsgesicherten Angebot an digitalen Trainingsmodulen, die über eine Online-Plattform bereitgestellt werden. Die Trainings sollen eine Bandbreite an relevanten Themen abdecken - beispielsweise, Selbstführung und Zeitmanagement, Führungskompetenz, Veränderungsmanagement, kommunikative Fähigkeiten, Persönlichkeitsentwicklung, Problemlösungskompetenz und kreative Denkansätze. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf Themen der persönlichen und beruflichen Weiterentwicklung - insbesondere im Kontext der Führungskräftequalifizierung. Ziel ist es, Mitarbeitenden des Auftraggebers zeitlich flexibel Weiterbildungsinhalte zur Verfügung zu stellen, ohne dass ein zusätzlicher interner Produktionsaufwand entsteht.; Bereitstellung eines eLearning-Autorentools (48000000-8) Gegenstand dieses Loses ist die Bereitstellung eines Autorentools, das es dem Auftraggeber ermöglicht, unternehmensspezifische Lerninhalte intern zu erstellen, zu verwalten und bei Bedarf flexibel anzupassen. Das Tool soll eine einfache Handhabung, die Berücksichtigung von Corporate Design-Vorgaben sowie eine zielgruppengerechte Gestaltung der Lerninhalte ermöglichen. Die Fachabteilungen sollen befähigt werden, ihr Wissen selbstständig in digitale Schulungsformate zu überführen.
