Description

Im Rahmen eines vorliegenden Transformationsplans wurden die zeitlichen, technischen und wirtschaftlichen Anforderungen an den Umbau der bestehenden fossilen Fernwärme-netze der Stadtwerke Weimar hin zu einer vollständig regenerativen Versorgung bis 2045 erarbeitet. Die Bearbeitung erfolgte gemäß der Richtlinie der Bundesförderung für effiziente Wärmenetze (BEW). Der Transformationsplan umfasst im Wesentlichen die Grundlagenermittlung für den Umbau der Fernwärme und lehnt sich damit an die Leistungsphase (LP) 1 der HOAI an. Um die Erarbeitung des Transformationsplanes gemäß der BEW-Richtlinie abzuschließen, müssen nun die Vor-, Entwurfs- und Genehmigungsplanungen, angelehnt an die LP 2 - 4 der HOAI, erfolgen.
