Description

Anmietung von A4-Schwarz-Weiß-Multifunktions-Druckern (SW-MFD). Neben Service sowie Verbrauchs- und Verschleißmaterial (abgerechnet über Klickkosten) werden auch Dienstleistungen (Umsetzungen, User-Defekt-Reparatur) beschafft. Die BA plant zur Abdeckung der Anforderungen (Ersatz- und Zusatzbedarfe) ihrer bundesweiten Dienststellen die Anmietung von S/W-A4-Multifunktionsdruckern (MFD Klasse-S) über einen Rahmenvertrag mit einem Auftragnehmer (AN). Die Geräte kommen in allen Dienststellen der BA und in den Jobcentern zum Einsatz. Sie sind als Flurgerät oder auch für Arbeitsgruppen bzw. kleine Geschäftsstellen mit geringen bis normalen Druck- und Kopiervolumen vorgesehen (ohne A3-Bedarf und Finishing-Optionen).
