Description

Lieferung, Installation und Einweisung eines 3D-Druckers im SLM-Verfahren für technisch relevante Metalllegierungen inklusive Anlagen für den vollständigen Druckprozess Benötigt wird ein 3D-Drucker zur Ausbildung im Umgang mit dem 3D-Druck von Metallen im SLM-Verfahren. Das Ausbildungsangebot richtet sich an Schülerinnen und Schüler unterschiedlicher Schulformen mit den Abschlusszielen "Allgemeine Fachhochschulreife", "Allgemeine Hochschulreife" und Techniker (Professional Bachelor) / Meister - jeweils mit einer technischen Ausrichtung. Auch eine Ausbildung über ein Fortbildungssystem ist möglich. Das zur Verfügung stehende Budget beträgt 215.000 € netto. Umfang: • Drucker • Entpulverung (zur Bauteilentnahme) • Pulverzufuhr / -transport • Pulveraufbereitung • Externer Nasssauger • Stickstoffgenerator. • Ofen zur Nachbehandlung der fertigen Druckteile. • Ggf. weitere für den Herstellungsprozess erforderliche Aggregate
