Beschaffung von Multifunktionsgeräten / Managed Print Services Das Landeskrankenhaus (Anstalt des öffentlichen Rechts) ist der größte Krankenhausträger im psychiatrisch-psychotherapeutischen und neurologischen Bereich in Rheinland-Pfalz. Mit seiner langjährigen, intensiven Erfahrung in allen Facetten der Psychiatrie, Psychotherapie, Psychosomatik und Neurologie sowie in weiteren Bereichen des Gesundheits- und Sozialwesens bietet das Landeskrankenhaus in allen seinen Einrichtungen eine qualitativ hochwertige und wirtschaftlich ausgewogene Versorgung an. Der Auftraggeber beabsichtigt die Beschaffung von Bereitstellung, Betrieb sowie Wartung und Support von Multifunktionsgeräten einschließlich begleitender Managed Print Services für seine Einrichtungen in Rheinland-Pfalz. Die Leistung umfasst insbesondere: - Bereitstellung von Multifunktionsgeräten im Rahmen eines Miet- bzw. Nutzungsmodells - Integration in die bestehende IT-Umgebung - Wartung und Instandhaltung - Versorgung mit Verbrauchsmaterialien - Integration in bestehende Druckmanagement- und Authentifizierungsprozesse - Bereitstellung von Service-, Monitoring- und Reporting-Leistungen Ziel ist die Einführung einer standardisierten, wirtschaftlichen und zukunftssicheren Druck- und Dokumenteninfrastruktur. Der Auftraggeber verfolgt insbesondere: - einen stabilen und störungsarmen Betrieb - eine Reduzierung des administrativen Aufwands - die Unterstützung klinischer und administrativer Prozesse - Kostentransparenz und Steuerbarkeit - nachhaltige Ressourcennutzung.
