Description

Zielsetzung der Vergabe ist mittels einer EU-Ausschreibung nach SektVO neue Gruppenrahmenverträge mit mehreren Wirtschaftsteilnehmern abzuschließen, die die Versorgung der Partnerunternehmen mit den benötigten Multifunktionsgeräten (Drucken, Kopieren & Scannen) gewährleistet. - Die Grundlaufzeit beträgt 60 Monate und kann durch den Auftraggeber um bis zu dreimal jeweils 12 Monate verlängert werden. Für die Miete von digitalen Druck- und Kopiersystemen sollen Rahmenvereinbarungen für die Beteiligungsunternehmen der Thüga AG abgeschlossen werden. Dabei sollen alle Anforderungen durch maximal 3 leistungsstarke Partner abgebildet werden. Die abrufberechtigten Beteiligungsgesellschaften umfassen sowohl Thüga als auch die mit Thüga verbundenen Unternehmen (https://www.thuega.de/die-thuega/thuega-partner) d.h. Unternehmen, an denen eine Muttergesellschaft die Mehrheit der Stimmrechte und/oder die Kapitalmehrheit hält, definierte Minderheitsbeteiligungen sowie Unternehmen aus Einkaufskooperationen. Die Auftragnehmer müssen in der Lage sein, sämtliche ausgeschriebenen Leistungen vollständig und fachgerecht zu erbringen, entweder eigenständig oder unter Einbindung von Nachunternehmern. Aus dem Rahmenvertrag können alle Thüga-Beteiligungen auf eigenen Namen und eigene Rechnung die benötigten Lieferungen und Leistungen abrufen. Die neuen Geräte werden gemietet. Es sind fabrikneue Geräte zu liefern. Neben einer festen Gerätemiete wird ein Seitenpreis vereinbart, der Software, Service, Wartung und Toner- und/oder Tintenverbrauch beinhaltet. Die Einzel-Mietverträge umfassen Laufzeiten von 36, 48 und 60 Monaten. Die Multifunktionsgeräte sollen kopieren, drucken, scannen und teilweise auch faxen, dabei ist die Faxfunktion optional anzubieten.
