Description

Gegenstand des Vergabeverfahrens ist / war die Neuvergabe des Digitalen Druck- und Kopiersystems sowohl für das Universitätsklinikum Carl Gustav Carus Dresden selbst als auch für dessen 100%ige Tochterunternehmen sowie die Medizinische Fakultät der TU Dresden. Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist / war die Miete / zeitweise Überlassung von Hardware- und Softwarekomponenten (Arbeitsplatzdrucker und Multifunktionsgeräte, nötige Treiber- und Systemsoftware) insbesondere inkl. Lieferung, Erstellung des Gesamtsystems und Herbeiführung der Betriebsbereitschaft, Systemservice für Hardware und Software, Entsorgung der Verpackung, Projektmanagement, Schulung, Lieferung von Verbrauchsmaterial, Abbau, Rücktransport. Die Vertragslaufzeit beginnt am 01.06.2026 und endet, ohne dass es einer gesonderten Kündigung bedarf, nach Ablauf von sechs Jahren.
