Description

Vertragsgegenstand ist die Anmietung von zwei Kopiergeräten für das Druck- und Kopierzentrum im Bundeskanzleramt für eine reguläre Vertragsdauer von 4 Jahren mit der Möglichkeit zur einmaligen Verlängerung um ein weiteres Jahr. Vertragsinhalt ist die betriebsbereite Maschinenanmietung, sämtliche Verbrauchsmaterialien (außer Papier), alle Ersatzteile u. Verschließteile sowie etwaige Serviceleistungen für den Betrieb und entsprechende Freikopien im Monat gem. Vergabeunterlagen. Vertragsgegenstand ist die Anmietung von zwei Kopiergeräten für das Bundeskanzleramtes, Willy-Brandt-Str. 1, 10557 Berlin, gemäß Leistungsbeschreibung und dem Leistungsverzeichnis. Leistungsumfang: - 1 Vollfarbhochleistungsdrucker inkl. Freikopien (35.000 Farbdrucke und 5.000 SW Drucke) pro Monat, - 1 Farbdrucker (Back-up System) inkl. Freikopien (20.000 Farbdrucke und 1.000 SW Drucke) pro Monat, - betreibsbereite Aufstellung der Geräte, Wartungen und kompletter techn. Service für den Betrieb, sämtliche Verbrauchsmaterialien (außer Papier) sowie Ersatz-/ Verschleißteile mit einer Laufzeit von vier Jahren mit der Option zur einmaligen Verlängerung um ein weiteres Jahr (gem. Vergabeunterlagen).
