Zur Erfüllung des Instandhaltungsvertrages für 130 Fzg Coradia Stream High Capacity ggü. der Alstom Deutschland GmbH. Aufnahme des Instandhaltungsbetriebes der definierten Baureihen am Standort Tübingen auf dem Grundstück der DB Regio AG zum Fahrplanwechsel 12.2027. Nachfolgende Maßnahmen werden umgesetzt: Neubau einer FIBA Halle gemäß EBO mit 5 Arbeitsständen a 110m inklusive Nebenwerkstätten und Lagern Neubau einer Ab-/ Bereitstellungsanlage Anpassung des Gleisvorfeldes Errichtung einer tandem Unterflurradsatzdrehbank Schaffung eines Ausbildungszentrums für gewerblich/technische Berufsbilder Schaffung von Mitarbeiterrestaurant und Sozial-/ Verwaltungsbereichen
