Description

Die Hanse- und Universitätsstadt Rostock strebt die Sanierung eines Schulgebäudes in der Maxim-Gorki-Straße 67 in Rostock Evershagen an. Das Gebäude wurde in den 1970-er Jahren in der 5-Mp-Elementebauweise errichtet. Teile des Gebäudes werden derzeitig durch den Träger „ILL e.V.“ als Horteinrichtung genutzt. Den Grundtyp bildet das 4-geschossige Schulgebäude mit insgesamt 26 Unterrichtsräumen für 2 Züge der Klassenstufe 1-10 (Einzelschule). Das Gebäude besteht aus einem Unterrichtstrakt mit 3 Treppenhäusern (Segment A) und aus 2 über viergeschossige Verbinder angeschlossenen Fachraumtrakten (Segment B und D). Im Gebäude sollen zukünftig ein Hort, ein Jugendclub sowie Teile einer Beruflichen Schule untergebracht werden. Um diese Nutzung des Gebäudes abzusichern, sind umfangreiche Maßnahmen an der Außenhülle und im Inneren des Gebäudes durchzuführen. Diese Maßnahmen beinhalten: • die funktionelle Umgestaltung • die Ertüchtigung der Außenhülle mit Dach und Fassade • den kompletten Innenausbau • die technische Ausstattung, Elektroinstallation, Heizung, Lüftung und Sanitär • die Fachraumausstattung der Beruflichen Schule sowie • die Freianlagengestaltung Im Rahmen der Generalsanierung und Neunutzung werden Räume teilweise funktionell neu zugeordnet. Zur barrierefreien Erschließung erfolgt die Neugestaltung des Haupteingangsbereiches mit Aufzug. Die Leistung beinhaltet im Einzelnen u .a. - 369 Stck Lehrer- und Schülerstühle - 62 Stck Besprechungsstühle - 12 Stck Lehrertische - 11 Stck Lehrertische, elektrisch höhenverstellbar - 11 Stck Rollcontainer - 339 Stck Schülereinzeltische, höhenverstellbar - 25 Stck Konferenztische - 6 Stck Bistrotische, rund, klappbar - 63 Stck Spinde, 4 Abteile, abschließbar - 16 Stck Lehrerfächer-, Garderoben-, Klassenbuch- und Aktenschränke - 2 Tresore - 31 Stck Sideboards - 10 Stck Bücherregale - 1 Stck Hausmeisterausstattung (Werkzeugschrank, Werkbank, Werkstattwagen) - 1 Stck Sanitätswandschrank - 13 Stck Langwandtafeln/ Whiteboards - 53 Stck Bilderklemm- bzw.
