The Institute for Microelectronics Stuttgart (IMS), a non-profit foundation and member of the Innovation Alliance Baden-Wuerttemberg, is procuring a coating and development system for processing 150mm and 200mm wafers with changing photoresists for iLine and E-Beam lithography. The equipment will be used to develop new processes in publicly funded research and industry-financed development projects and to realise small and pilot series production. A two-year full maintenance contract with an uptime guarantee may be offered as an option. The maximum delivery time is 18 months after contract award. Suppliers of semiconductor process equipment may bid under the applicable public procurement procedure.
