DRIE etch cluster (Mainframe + 3 Chambers) (IPMS-MRS07.1; IPMS-MRS07.2; IPMS-MRS08.1; IPMS-MRS08.2) 1 Stück DRIE etch cluster (Mainframe+3 Kammern): IPMS-MRS07.1: Etching Mainframe IPMS-MRS07.2: DRIE etching chamber (Kammer1 für tiefes Silizium-Ätzen) IPMS-MRS08.1: Etching module, das in den Mainframe MRS07 integriert wird (Kammer 2 für das Oxid-Ätzen von dicken Hartmasken) IPMS-MRS08.2: ICP etching module, das in den Mainframe MRS07 integriert wird (Kammer 3 für Nitrid- und Poly-Si-Ätzung mit hoher Selektivität für SiO2) optionale Leistungspositionen: 5.7 Kassetten-/Wafer-Spezifikationen Verarbeitung von Quarz-Wafern gemäß den oben genannten Spezifikationen ja/nein 7.2 Erweiterte Gewährleistung Eine Verlängerung der Gewährleistung um weitere 12 Monate sollte angeboten werden. Während der Gewährleistungszeit sind alle Support-, Reparatur- und Ersatzteilkosten kostenlos. ja/nein 8.7 Mainframe DRIE-Cluster Bevorzugte Liftpin-Positionen (siehe Blatt Liftpin-Positionen) eine der drei angegebenen Konfigurationen ja/nein 12.2 Werkzeugabnahme Der Werkzeugkauf beinhaltet eine Abnahmeprüfung und eine Prozess- und Wartungsschulung für mindestens zwei Prozessingenieure und zwei Hardware-Ingenieure. ja/nein
