Beschaffung einer InGaAs-Kamera für Erweiterung EL-Messplatz (Los 1) und zusätzlich optische und mechanische Komponenten für Kameraintegration in EMMI-System (Los 2)
Das Fraunhofer IMWS hat mit dem DLR ein Emissionsmikroskop entwickelt, das momentan mit einer CCD-Kamera (Andor iKon-M934) mit Silizium-Chip ausgestattet ist. Dieser Sensor (Sensorgröße: 13,3 mm x 13,3 mm) weist eine spektrale Empfindlichkeit von ca. 400 nm bis ca. 1000 nm auf. Um den spektralen Bereich des Messsystems zu erweitern, sucht das Fraunhofer IMWS eine zusätzlichen Short-Wave-InfraRed-Kamera mit einer Empfindlichkeit im Kurzwellen-Infrarot-Bereich. Das bietet die Möglichkeit einer Erweiterung des messbaren Emissions-Spektrums und darüber hinaus auch Messungen durch hochdotierte Silizium-Substrate durchzuführen, wie sie bei Leistungselektronik-Bauteilen eingesetzt werden. Diese weisen bei entsprechenden Wellenlängen im SWIR-Spektralbereich eine höhere Transparenz aus. Together with the DLR, the Fraunhofer IMWS has developed an emission microscope that is currently equipped with a CCD camera (Andor iKon-M_934) with a silicon chip. This sensor (sensor size: 13,3 mm x 13,3 mm) has a spectral sensitivity of approx. 400 nm to approximately 1000 nm. In order to extend the spectral range of the measuring system, the Fraunhofer IMWS is looking for an additional short-wave infrared camera with a sensitivity in the short-wave infrared range. This offers the possibility of extending the measurable emission spectrum and also of carrying out measurements through highly doped silicon substrates, such as those used in power electronics components. Um diese Kamera in den optischen Aufbau intgrieren zu können werden folgende Komponenten zum Anschluss an den bereits existierenden optischen Aufbau, der auf Thorlabs-Komponeten basiert, benötigt. The Fraunhofer IMWS has developed an emission microscope in collaboration with DLR, which is currently equipped with a CCD camera (Andor iKon-M934) with a Silicon sensor. This sensor measures 13.3 mm x 13.3 mm. This measurement setup is to be extended with a SWIR camera with a C-MOUNT connection. In order to integrate this camera into the optical setup, the following components are required for connection to the existing optical setup, which is currently based on Thorlabs components.
