Leistungsgegenstand ist die Erbringung von Wach- und Sicherungsdiensten bezogen auf Unterkünfte für Geflüchtete, Asylbegehrende und andere vom Landkreis zugewiesene Personen. Die Wach- und Sicherungsdienste dienen der Gefahrenabwehr von außen und der Aufrechterhaltung von Ordnung und Sicherheit innerhalb der Unterkünfte. Die ausgeschriebene Rahmenvereinbarung betrifft die Erbringung von Wach- und Sicherungsdiensten bezogen auf Unterkünfte, die sich im Gebiet der Stadt Neuruppin, dem Amt Temnitz und der Gemeinde Fehrbellin befinden (Gebietslos Ost). Wach- und Sicherungsdienste bezogen auf Unterkünfte, die sich im Gebiet der Stadt Wittstock/Dosse, der Gemeinde Heiligengrabe, der Stadt Kyritz, dem Amt Neu-stadt/Dosse, der Gemeinde Wusterhausen, dem Amt Lindow und der Stadt Rheinsberg befinden, sind nicht Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung und gehören zum Los 1 (Gebietslos West). Hierzu wurde bereits eine gesonderte Ausschreibung veröffentlicht (Vergabe-Nr. 25-055/54/VgV/WS).
