Die Ausschreibung umfasst die Erbringung von Sicherheitsdienstleistungen für die Standorte des Europäischen Patentamts (EPA) in München. Die geforderten Leistungen beinhalten insbesondere die Bereitstellung von Sicherheits- und Bewachungsdiensten, Zutritts- und Besuchermanagement, Empfangs- und Kontrolltätigkeiten, Streifen- und Interventionsdienste, Überwachung sicherheitsrelevanter Systeme und Einrichtungen, Unterstützung bei Notfall- und Evakuierungsmaßnahmen sowie die Durchführung weiterer sicherheitsbezogener Aufgaben zur Gewährleistung des Schutzes von Personen, Gebäuden und Vermögenswerten.Die geplante Vertragslaufzeit beträgt drei Jahre mit anschließend drei optionalen Verlängerungen um jeweils ein Jahr (Startdatum des Vertrags: 1. Novemeber 2027). Dem Vertragsbeginn geht eine Kick-Off Phase (von Vertragsunterschrift bis Vertragsstart) voraus, um einen reibungslosen Übergang und die Übernahme der Leistungen sicherzustellen.
