Description

Gegenstand der Ausschreibung sind hauseigene Pfortendienstleistungen in einer extra hierfür vorgesehenen Pforte in der Dienststelle des Auftraggebers. Diese ist ausgestattet mit entsprechender IT, Telefonen und gegebenenfalls Videoüberwachungsanlagen. Die Pfortendienststelle ist der erste Ansprechpartner für Externe sowie Besucher des Ministeriums und somit eine wichtige Organisationseinheit für einen geordneten und sicheren Ablauf am Standort. Die Aufgaben sind für eine Person ausgelegt und enthalten: 1. Empfang Externe sowie Besucher und deren administrative Abwicklung, 2. Zugangskontrolle, 3. Berechtigungsprüfung, 4. Notfallreaktion, 5. Objektschutz einschließlich Überwachung der Videoanlagen, 6. Schlüsselverwaltung für hausinterner Schlüssel sowie die Schlüssel des Fuhrparks, 7. Telefonzentrale, 8. Entgegennahme von Post und Paketen, 9. Öffnung und Schließung der Haupteingangstür.
