Das ZDF schreibt diese Leistung federführend für auch für alle ARD-Anstalten aus Das Leistungsangebot des Auftragnehmers soll die generellen Ziele der Rundfunkanstalten sowie die Ziele der jeweiligen Travel-Management- Verantwortlichen in den einzelnen Rundfunkanstalten nachhaltig unterstützen. Erwartet wird eine qualitativ hochwertige und professionelle Betreuung und Unterstützung der Travel-Management-Abteilungen/-Verantwortlichen, der Reisestellen, der Buchenden und der Reisenden bei der Planung, Buchung, Reisedurchführung und späteren Abrechnung. Der Auftragnehmer unterstützt das jeweilige Travel Management bei der Steuerung und Kontrolle des Reiseaufkommens, der Einhaltung der entsprechenden Vorgaben/Reiserichtlinien und bei der Generierung von Einsparpotentialen bei gleichzeitig hoher Qualität und Transparenz auf Basis einer partnerschaftlichen Zusammenarbeit.
