Die Stiftung Topographie des Terrors betreibt zwei Dokumentationszentren in Berlin. Für beide Standorte wird die Leistung des Besucherservice ab 1. Oktober 2026 ausgeschrieben. Ort der Erfüllung ist Berlin. Die Leistung umfasst die Organisation und Durchführung des täglichen Besucherservice. Zu den Aufgaben gehören u.a. allgemeine Empfangsaufgaben, Erteilung von Auskünften zu Ort und Gelände, Aufsicht in den Ausstellungsbereichen, Verkauf von Publikationen und Abrechnung der Kasse.
