Das Klinikum Fichtelgebirge ist ein kommunaler Klinikverbund mit zwei Standorten in Marktredwitz und Selb und sichert die medizinische Schwerpunktversorgung in der nordöstlichsten Region Bayerns. Als regionales Gesundheitszentrum bietet es mit fünf qualifizierten Hauptfachabteilungen eine moderne, qualitativ hochwertige Patientenversorgung. Der Leitsatz „Näher am Patienten“ steht dabei sowohl für die räumliche Nähe als auch für die patientenorientierte Haltung aller Mitarbeitenden. Träger des Klinikums ist der Landkreis Wunsiedel im Fichtelgebirge. Der Leistungsumfang umfasst das Management des vor-Ort-Labors inkl. Organisation des Blutdepots (Transfusionsmedizin) und POCT im Kommunalunternehmen Klinikum Fichtelgebirge. Gegenstand ist die Sicherstellung der Notfall- und Routineanalytik im Rahmen einer Gerätestellung und Versorgung mit Diagnostika durch einen externen Dienstleister über eine Vertragslaufzeit von 60 Monaten mit einmaliger Verlängerungsoption um 36 Monate. Darüber hinaus sind die ärztlichen Laborleistungen (Facharztlabor) aus den Kapiteln M III und IV der Gebührenordnung für Ärzte (GOÄ), die nicht im Vor-Ort-Labor erbracht werden, zeitgerecht und qualitätsgesichert im Fremdversand zu erbringen. Zusätzlich sind Pathologieversandleistungen sowie die Einrichtung und der Betrieb eines Schnellschnittlabors vor Ort zu gewährleisten. Ergänzend übernimmt das künftige Laborunternehmen die Beratung im Bereich der Krankenhaushygiene in der Funktion eines extern beratenden Krankenhaushygienikers. Die Laborleistungen des Auftraggebers (Vor-Ort-Labor und Facharztlabor) belaufen sich insgesamt auf ca. 100 Mio. GOÄ-Punkte pro Jahr. Die Pathologieleistungen umfassen ca. 8 Mio. GOÄ-Punkte pro Jahr.
