Description

Abschluss von Dienstleistungsverträgen (Arbeitnehmerüberlassung) zur notärztlichen Personalgestellung ab dem 01.01.2027 für die kreiseigenen Versorgungsbereiche Brilon (Los 1) und Olsberg (Los 2) Der Hochsauerlandkreis, vertreten durch den Landrat Thomas Grosche und die Fachbereichsleiterin des Fachdienst 38 "Rettungsdienst, Feuer- und Katastrophenschutz", Anja Menne, Steinwiese 3, 59872 Meschede ist gemäß § 6 Abs. 1 Satz 1 des Gesetzes über den Rettungsdienst sowie die Notfallrettung und den Krankentransport durch Unternehmen (Rettungsgesetz NRW - RettG NRW) vom 24. November 1992 gesetzlich verpflichtet die notärztliche Versorgung im Rettungsdienst sicherzustellen. Dazu beabsichtigt der Aufgabenträger, die personelle Bereitstellung von geeigneten Ärzten zur Teilnahme am Rettungsdienst (Notarztdienst) auf geeignete Einrichtungen/Leistungserbringer zu übertragen. Die Leistung ist am 01.01.2027 um 07:00 Uhr zu beginnen. Den genauen Leistungszeitraum und die weiteren Einzelheiten zur Leistungserbringung regeln die Vergabeunterlagen (siehe insbesondere Anlage 3 "Leistungsbeschreibung" und Anlage 4 " Vertragsbedingungen").
