Description

Gegenstand des Auftrags ist die Planung, Lieferung, Montage sowie Inbetriebnahme und Wartung eines funktionsfähigen Versuchsstands zur Verdampfung von Flüssigwasserstoff einschließlich Integration in die bestehende Infrastruktur des Energieparks der Technischen Hochschule Ulm. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf der technischen Systementwicklung und Umsetzung. Das Projekt „DIPOR“ (Digitale Produktentwicklung für Wasserstoffverdampfer) dient der Erforschung und Entwicklung von Technologien für eine dezentrale Wasserstoffinfrastruktur. Gegenstand der Beschaffung ist ein Versuchsstand zur Verdampfung von Flüssigwasserstoff, der insbesondere folgende Anforderungen erfüllt: Abbildung realer thermodynamischer Prozesse im kryogenen Bereich Untersuchung des Wärmeübergangs bei der Verdampfung Bereitstellung experimenteller Daten zur Validierung von Simulationsmodellen Integration in bestehende Energieinfrastruktur Die Leistung umfasst: Konzept- und Ausführungsplanung Lieferung aller erforderlichen Komponenten Aufbau und Montage vor Ort Inbetriebnahme und Funktionsnachweis Dokumentation und Einweisung Wartung Ziel ist die Übergabe einer betriebsbereiten, funktionsfähigen Gesamtanlage. Das Projekt DIPOR startet am 01.07.2026 und läuft bis zum 31.12.2029 (Ende der Wartung). Der Aufbau und Inbetriebnahme des Versuchstandes sollen bis Ende 2. Quartal 2027 realisiert werden.
