The municipality of Langwedel in Lower Saxony, Germany, is procuring planning and construction supervision services for the building services (heating, ventilation, sanitation) of a new canteen building for the Etelsen primary school. The two-storey building of about 500 m2 will serve 260 pupils and include a kitchen, sanitary facilities, storage, a lift, a library and classrooms, enabling all-day school operation from 2028. Heating should be fossil-free and climate-neutral, for example a heat pump with photovoltaics, using low-carbon materials. Specialised engineering firms can apply under the applicable procedure.
