The town of Bad Wurzach is procuring electrical engineering design services (technical equipment, HOAI sections 55 and 53, service phases 1-3 first, later 5-9, plus special services) for converting the ground floor of the primary school in Seibranz into a three-group kindergarten. The works must be carried out during ongoing school operations, coordinated with holidays, noise and pollutant considerations and the safety of children. A site visit is possible on request; questions must be submitted via the procurement platform. Electrical works (AG 1/2/3/8 and AG 4/5) and outdoor facilities are awarded in separate parallel procedures.
